Senstar appoints Meline Eolmezian-Soulie to lead Middle East

Senstar has appointed Meline Eolmezian-Soulie as Regional Director for the Middle East, Egypt and India, with responsibility for regional business development and sales strategy.
  • Meline Eolmezian-Soulie has been appointed Senstar’s Regional Director for the Middle East, Egypt and India, based in the UAE.
  • She brings more than 25 years of security industry experience, including 16 years working in the Middle East across Homeland Security and Critical Infrastructure.
  • Her appointment follows Senstar’s acquisition of Blickfeld, combining perimeter intrusion detection expertise with Smart 3D LiDAR and intelligent sensing capabilities.

Based in the UAE, Eolmezian-Soulie will lead Senstar’s regional business development and sales strategy, with a focus on strengthening relationships with strategic end users, specialised system integrators, consultants, and business and technology partners.

She brings more than 25 years of experience in the security industry, including 16 years in the Middle East. Her experience includes large and complex security projects involving smart technologies, open architectures and integrated solutions across Homeland Security and Critical Infrastructure. Eolmezian-Soulie has worked across both public and private sectors, with a particular focus on strategic and high-security environments.

Her appointment follows Senstar’s recent acquisition of Blickfeld, which brings together Senstar’s expertise in perimeter intrusion detection with Blickfeld’s Smart 3D LiDAR technology and intelligent sensing capabilities.

Commenting on her appointment, Eolmezian-Soulie said organisations across the Middle East continue to invest in protecting critical infrastructure and assets while adopting intelligent security technologies. She also pointed to the potential for combining higher-performance sensing technologies with AI and data-fusion software to improve threat detection and assessment.

“We see a significant opportunity to support the next cycle of evolution in security. Many sites are still relying on traditional sensors and technologies that were designed for a very different threat environment. The combination of smarter, higher-performance sensing technologies with the new generation of AI and data-fusion software can fundamentally improve how security teams detect, qualify, and assess threats. Earlier detection, better classification, and fewer false alarms ultimately mean better information, faster decisions, and more effective action” she said.

Senstar CEO Fabien Haubert added: “We are pleased to have Meline take on focused responsibility for the Middle East, Egypt and India. Her extensive experience in the region and strong understanding of complex security projects will be valuable as we continue to develop our business and relationships across these markets. Her appointment reflects our commitment to supporting customers and partners with the expertise and solutions they need as security requirements continue to evolve.”
