- The Doha AI Security Summit will take place from 20–22 October alongside Milipol Qatar in Doha.
- The closed-door conference will explore AI sovereignty, predictive intelligence, cyber-physical resilience and autonomous security.
- Government, security and technology leaders will discuss AI governance, data security and the future of AI-powered national security.
Held at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center (DECC), the closed-door conference will focus on the theme “Securing intelligence, sovereignty and trust in the AI era”.
The summit is designed for government leaders, security agencies, policymakers, technology companies, researchers and other specialists involved in the development and deployment of AI for security applications.
Topics on the 2026 agenda include AI sovereignty, predictive intelligence, autonomous security systems, cyber-physical resilience and responsible AI governance. Sessions will also examine the role of data in homeland security and the protection of critical infrastructure as AI becomes increasingly integrated into security systems.
A particular focus will be the relationship between AI and national security decision-making. Discussions on predictive intelligence and crisis leadership are expected to explore how AI-generated information can support security organisations responding to emerging threats, while the programme also addresses the governance and ethical considerations surrounding increasingly autonomous systems.
The conference follows the first edition of the summit and forms part of Milipol Qatar’s wider programme of discussions around emerging security technologies.
The 16th edition of Milipol Qatar will run concurrently at the DECC, covering areas including border and critical infrastructure security, cybersecurity, civil defence, fire safety, rescue operations and smart-city security.
The AI Security Summit is positioned as a strategic forum rather than an exhibition, with participation subject to pre-registration and the conference operating as a closed-door event.
